OUR ORGANIZATION

We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to sponsoring women and minorities in

their exploration of careers in science, engineering and medicine. We provide

educational development, scholarships, mentoring, field experiences, and professional

development for women who are pursuing STEM degrees.

To increase access to STEM enrichment programs.
To improve success in math, science, technology, and computing skills in middle school and high school.
To increase the number women & minorities who graduate from high school.
To increase the number of women & minorities pursuing a STEM degree in college.
To connect women & minorities to influential mentors.
To award professional development and financial scholarships to women and minorities.
